Tumbler ReUse: Immune Boost

We put together a quick and easy guide with steps you can follow to re-use any candle glass, and now we're sharing some fun things to do with your new collection of tumblers.

Happy Monday everyone!

Staying hydrated is important, especially when you’re trying to not get sick. Under the current circumstances I’ve been enjoying a healthy, water-upgrade that I learned from Rhian @rhian_hy.

It has just the right amount of spice from cayenne pepper, brightness from fresh lemon, and warmth from grated ginger root to keep you sipping -- and if you have it, add fresh turmeric for an extra immune boost!

You’ll need:

  • maple syrup
  • apple cider vinegar
  • ginger root
  • cayenne pepper
  • ground cinnamon
  • juice of one lemon

In your teapot, (or any heat-safe container,) add a touch of maple syrup, a splash of ACV, grate/slice an inch of ginger root, dash of cayenne pepper, sprinkle of ground cinnamon, and the juice of one lemon. Add hot water and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Let it cool down enough to be sipped and handled comfortably. Pour into your Keap tumbler (or a mug of choice) and enjoy!

If you try it, tag us and let us know how you like it!
Stay hydrated and Keap the fire burning,

—Jess from Keap
