Candles bought as singles or as part of a 2- or 4-pack are shipped in our classic gift box packaging, which
includes:
▶ a black gift box
▶ an informational booklet
▶ a dust cover (which doubles as a coaster!)
PACKAGING LIGHT 6-Packs
Our 6-packs are shipped in a packaging-light format, which only includes dust covers and no gift boxes.
6-packs are only available as 6 candles of the same scent.

Key Notes
Candle Burning Tips
Following your first burn, each time you use your candle, trim the wick to 3⁄8” (about the width of your pinky finger) before you light it. This helps ensure a smaller, safer flame and less soot.
Each time you burn your candle, burn it for 2-3 hours. This will not only maximize the fragrance throw, but also help avoid "tunneling," where the candle burns down the middle, leaving wax around the edges.
For safety reasons:
▶ Don’t burn your candle when less than a 1/2” of wax remains.
▶ Never leave a burning candle unattended!

What's a gift-boxed candle?

A gift-boxed Keap candle comes with a beautiful black gift-box, and inside you'll find a candle (phew!), a
coaster/dust cover, matchbox*, and an informational insert.
*Please note that matchboxes can only be included in Ground shipments. If you choose an expedited shipping
option at checkout (Air or Priority), the matches will be excluded from your order.
Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely. In the cart there is a field to enter a personal gift note. We hand-write every gift note on a card and include it alongside your gift.
Can a gift receipt be included instead of the price?

We only include details about how to contact us, alongside any gift message you provide so no pricing information will be visible.

Please note that our default shipping service for orders including matchboxes is USPS Ground Advantage.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, and orders with upgraded shipping will be prioritized in
our shipping queue. Because expedited shipments (Priority or Air) are transported by air, we will omit matches
from any orders with expedited shipping to comply with regulations.
How much is shipping?

We do our best to get you the best shipping rates possible. The cost depends on your location, the size of the
order, and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
We offer free shipping on subscription orders and on one-off orders of 8 candles or more.
I'm a subscriber. Do I get a discount on this order?

Yes! Subscribers get 10% off all orders when using the email associated with your subscription at checkout. If you experience any issues with the discount not being applied, reach out to us and we'll be happy to lend a hand!
I'm a subscriber. Do I get free shipping on this order?

For one-off orders, we do not offer free shipping.
However, subscribers do receive free shipping on all subscription orders (i.e. orders placed through the
subscriber portal), so you can order our Signature Scents through the portal year-round, and you can order this
month's Seasonal Scent through the portal anytime before the change of the month.
