New Signature Scents + Updated Pricing Coming April 1st

Upcoming Changes at a Glance

• Expanded Signature Scents: Starting April 1st, Wild Figs and Timur Moon (our first, groundbreaking all-natural fragrance) will be always available to shop or subscribe.
• Moving to Seasonal: At that time, Lavender + Petals will become seasonal only (available in July/August and Special Releases).
• Pricing: Timur Moon will be $49.50/month for subscribers ($59.50 non-subscribers); Seasonal subscription is increasing to $47.50/month.

Exciting Additions to Our Signature Collection

We're thrilled to announce two significant additions to our permanent Signature Scent lineup starting April 1st:

Wild Figs — Wild Figs fans, rejoice! This beloved Keap classic has been our most requested addition to the permanent collection. Starting April 1, you can enjoy this Signature Scent year-round as both a subscription option and one-time purchase.

Timur Moon — Our first 100% plant-based, 100% biodegradable fragrance is joining our permanent lineup! Part of our groundbreaking Full Circle Collection, Timur Moon represents our commitment to sustainable, circular fragrance development.

Wood Cabin — Fan-favorite Keap classic, Wood Cabin, will continue to be available as a permanent subscription and one-time purchase option.

Focusing on Quality

In our commitment to doing a few things very well, we'll be transitioning Lavender + Petals from our permanent collection to a seasonal offering. While no longer available year-round, this beloved scent will return:

• In July for subscribers as the Seasonal Scent
• In August as a Limited Release for everyone
• During our biannual Special Releases

Lavender + Petals fans, we recommend stocking up before April 1st and looking out for special 6-packs during our Spring Sale in March.

New Scent Lineup and Pricing Summary (Starting April 1st)

**We make our Seasonal Scent available to non-subscribers the month after its launch. The Limited Release price will be $59.50 for scents from our new Full Circle Collection, and our prior scents remain at $54.50.

Multipack discounts still apply across all scents: $10 off 2+ candles, $30 off 4+ candles

For the past two years, we've been developing a revolutionary framework for 100% plant-based and biodegradable fragrances. These scents:

• Prioritize circularity and sustainable supply chains
• Require more expensive production processes
• Represent our long-term vision for the future of fragrance

Hence Timur Moon’s price being $5 more than our standard candles. As we continue introducing more groundbreaking natural scents (with at least two more coming in 2025), the Seasonal Scent subscription will increase by $3 to $47.50/month starting April 1st.

Non-Subscribers

• Enjoy more options starting April 1st and shop Wood Cabin , Wild Figs , and Timur Moon anytime!
• Be sure to stock up on Lavender + Petals before April 1st and keep an eye out for 6-packs during our Spring Special Release in March.
• Consider subscribing to enjoy discounted pricing on all scents.

Wood Cabin Subscribers

• Your price stays at $44.50/month (or the corresponding multi-pack price).
• Starting April 1st, you’ll have Wild Figs and Timur Moon available to you in the subscriber portal!

Seasonal Scent Subscribers

• Starting April 1st, your monthly subscription fee will be automatically adjusted to $47.50/month (or the corresponding multipack price) — no action is needed on your end.
• Alternative: To continue receiving candles at $44.50/month, you can switch your subscription scent to Wood Cabin anytime, or to Wild Figs, starting April 1st. If you want us to make a change to your subscription for you, let us know here.

Lavender + Petals Subscribers

• We’ll be reaching out to you directly to find the solution that is best for you!
• In your March subscription shipment, you'll receive tealights of our new Signature Scents so you can see if you'd like to switch your subscriptions to one of these options.
• If we don't hear from you by April 1st, we'll automatically swap any Lavender + Petals candles in your plan for Wild Figs so you can continue enjoying regular candle shipments at your current price.
• Opportunities to stockpile Lavender + Petals before this change: Add extra Lavender + Petals to your March subscription order or shop our Spring Sale in mid-March for 6-packs.
