Keap Subscription: Sending a Gift via Your Subscription

There are some neat benefits to being a Keap subscriber that you might not be aware of — from getting 10% off all gifts to adding candles to your upcoming orders — as well as lots of flexibility to make your subscription work best for you.

Adding Gift Orders to Your Account


You can send a gift candle to a friend or loved one from your subscription account at any time. 

Here are the steps for how to do that. 

  1. Log into your subscription account and find the homepage. 
  2. On this page select the "Send Your Next Candle As A Gift” button. 
  3. A pop-up will appear linking to a survey with questions about the gift you’d like to send. 
  4. Complete the questions (including first and last name of the recipient, their address, whether you’d like the gift to be shipped in gift box packaging, and any other information that is helpful for us to know when setting up your order.)
  5. Once completed, we will receive the survey response in a few minutes. 
  6. We will then email you a confirmation of the details of your gift order along with any questions we have in order to set up your order successfully. 
  7. Now your order is complete!
